Great Breakfast and Central Location
The breakfast was really good! They had a variety of delicious fresh croissants, freshly sliced fruits and nice coffee too. The location was perfect, it was very central and everything was just a walking distance away. The park nearby was also an added bonus, perfect for a morning run!
The bed was really uncomfortable, too hard and the pillows were old and lumpy. the customer service was really bad.

We had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was quite close to the center and in a quiet street. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and the room amenities, such as the balcony, in-room safe, and free toiletries, enhanced our comfort. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fresh bread, pastries, cheese, and fruits. The staff members during breakfast were attentive and ensured that everything was well-prepared. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and restaurant facilities. we highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was convenient and close to the city centre, and the surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was fresh, well prepared and the staff were friendly. Cleanliness was also impressive.

the location was great, just a short walk from the city center. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was cozy and comfortable, we had a great view of the surrounding nature. the breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries and plenty of options to choose from. the spa center was open during the weekdays and provided amazing massages.
The staff could benefit from improving their language skills in other languages besides Russian.
